Our Policies

Gear Drop Off

At this time, we do not require an appointment for dropping off gear. We will walk you through the process when you arrive. If its your first time, expect to spend some time setting up your account. If you have a lot of items, please be patient with us.

General Rules:

  1. Eligible Items: Only clean, functional, and well-maintained items will be accepted for consignment. Items must meet our quality standards and fall within our inventory categories.

  2. Pricing: Final pricing of consigned items will be determined by The OG based on market demand, item condition, and brand value. We welcome your input but reserve the right to adjust prices for optimal sales.

  3. Commission Rates: Our commission rates vary depending on the final sale price of your items, as outlined below.

  4. Payment: All consignor proceeds will remain on the consignors account indefinitely. Payments to consignors will be issued via check to be picked up or mailed within 5 days of the consignors request.

  5. Unsold Items: Items that remain unsold after 120 days may be picked up by the consignor. Items not picked up will become property of The OG.

  6. Damage or Loss: While we take every precaution to protect your items. The OG is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  7. Termination of Agreement: Consignors may terminate their consignment agreement at any time by providing written notice and retrieving their unsold items.​​

Commission Structure:

  • Items Selling for $250 or Less:

    • A 50/50 split will apply.

    • Example: If an item sells for $200, the consignor will receive $100, and The OG will retain $100.

  • Items Selling Between $250 and $500:

    • A 60/40 split will apply, with the consignor receiving 60% and The OG retaining 40%.

    • Example: If an item sells for $400, the consignor will receive $240, and The OG will retain $160.

  • Items Selling for Over $500:

    • A 70/30 split will apply, with the consignor receiving 70% and The OG retaining 30%.

    • Example: If an item sells for $800, the consignor will receive $560, and The OG will retain $240.
